This is a customer centred role, and it is reliant on efficient communication skills with the business stakeholders. We are an online retail business, and establishing strong customer relationships is the backbone of our business model. For the successful candidate, this will be a long-term role whereby we expect you to grow with your role and develop your strategies around maintaining customer relationships while acquiring more skills in addition to your current ones. Your main communications will be via telephone, email, or cloud-based chat and social media engagement.
