Customer Service and Digital Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Digital Operations Coordinator. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring accurate product images and descriptions on our website, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide essential support to our Dispatch Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms, striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product listings on the website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product images, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the head of Marketing to execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and engagement metrics, providing insights to optimise the user experience and drive conversions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Support the Dispatch Manager in coordinating the dispatch of goods, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in creating and optimising delivery schedules for dispatch personnel and delivery drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery schedules, and any incidents or delays, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues and improving processes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
